DNA extraction:CTab (未秤重,目視約一片正常大小葉子,加入液態氮磨碎。) 總體積用50  ug去溶 (CP0177, CP0179, CP0180, CP0181: -3 ug, 其餘-2)(一次nanodrop, 一次Qbit)。未過Colum。

8 Sample:CP0170 (B. breviesepala), CP0172 (B. kawakamii), CP0173 (B. hayatana), CP0174 (B. hayatana), CP0183 (B. pengii), CP0183- (B. pengii), T1 (B. pengii), T2 (B. pengii)。(T1和T2,都已經冰過-80度,再退冰後發現便超黑,很糟糕。)

Note: 北大武山下山後,simple帶回來直接冰-80度。直接用液態氮。然後,南台灣小檗取樣太少了,有點悶。
